Seriously, that's actually how the story begins! Sara Skinner & Alicia Wallace instantly connected when Fate sat them together at a bar in Atlanta one night. Outgoing as could be, it took almost no time for them to strike up a conversation where they discovered they shared backgrounds in events with a passion for weddings, wildly creative hearts and a flair for exceptional planning and design. And a deep belief that champagne is always the answer. Right from the start, they knew they made a perfect pair!

By 2013, the two of them had been working together for years at some of Atlanta’s biggest and best event planning firms, Sara decided to set out on her own. Naturally she turned to Alicia with her plans to start Scarlet Plan & Design. They both shared the same desire to bring clients a stress-free, deeply personal planning & design experience while having loads of fun in the process.

And just like that, a planning company emphasizing fun and originality was born!
