We have experience with weddings of all ethnic backgrounds and sizes - some as small as five guests and some as large as five hundred. The world is rich with ceremonies and customs to honor, and we love the inclusion of cultural and personal traditions.

We also partner with vendors who hold the same belief - from caterers sharing reception leftovers with the homeless, to brightening the spaces of hospices and nursing homes by donating flowers that would otherwise go into the trash, and vendors who are on the forefront of fighting sex trafficking, by working with Scarlet, your event will make the world a better place.
WE take just one event per weekend.
As a boutique wedding planning & event design firm, we take a limited number of events per year and planners book only one party per weekend. This ensures a stress-free, delightful planning experience for our clients. Every event deserves superb service and by booking just one per weekend, each client is given our undivided focus and attention from start to finish.

No two clients are ever the same and every one of our events are unique and custom designed for just you! Every celebration is beautiful and special and Scarlet planners specialize in infusing our clients' personalities into every aspect of the event to create original, authentic affairs.

We will always be honest with you about your budget and vision. Limitless budget, or tiny budget, every event has the potential to be truly unique without sacrificing vision and taste. All it takes is a little creativity, and that's where we come in!
WE BELIEVE IN ONE FLAT FEE.
Surprises are great, but not when it comes to what you're paying. Your investment for our services is a flat rate fee, based solely on the services we're providing, not your budget, and will not suddenly increase down the line.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT KICK-BACKS OR REFERRAL FEES.
Your trust means the world to us. We never accept kick-backs, charge referral fees or add extra percentages to vendor invoices. When we recommend a vendor, it is 100% based on who is the best for your vision and budget. Any discounts we get are passed along to our clients and all your invoices stay between you and your vendors, never through us or a third party.
